What is speed dating?
Speed dating is an effective way to meet new people. During one evening, you’ll have short conversations with different participants. After the event, the organizer gives contact details to people who picked each other.
How does speed dating on Zoom work?
Choose one of our events in your city and reserve your spot online.
We’ll email you the Zoom link on the day of the event — just click and join!
Before you start, check that your microphone and camera are working — you’ll need them to chat. During the event, you’ll meet up to 10 people of the opposite gender. You’ll have 6 minutes to talk, then we’ll connect you with someone new. You’ll get a short 1–2-minute break between chats, plus a longer 10-minute break halfway through.
After the event, you’ll receive a form where you can select the people you’d like to stay in touch with.
You’ll get your results later that day. If you and someone else have both picked each other, we’ll share your contact details with one another.
If you match with someone, don’t overthink it – even a simple “Hello!” can be the start of something really special.
